Iterative Health is hiring a Director, IT to lead technology infrastructure, systems, security, and IT operations across its corporate and clinical research network. The role will develop IT strategy and roadmaps, manage budgets and vendors, oversee infrastructure, identity, applications, cybersecurity, compliance, and service management, and lead IT teams and technology integrations for acquisitions and new sites. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration two days per week in New York City, Boston, or Southlake, and a New York pay range of $150,000–$200,000 USD.
