BlackRock is hiring a Chief Compliance Officer for its BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. (BTC) Compliance team. Reporting to the BTC Chief Compliance Officer, the role leads the compliance program, regulatory engagement with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, governance and remediation initiatives, regulatory advice, and compliance team development. The position requires substantial financial-services compliance, regulatory, or risk-management experience, with a bachelor's degree required and an advanced degree, Juris Doctor, or equivalent professional qualification welcome. It is based in San Francisco, California, with a salary range of USD 173,500 to USD 270,000, an annual discretionary bonus, healthcare and other benefits, and a hybrid work model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
