Description
The Director, Instructional Design provides institution-wide strategic leadership for instructional design, online learning, course quality, digital accessibility, faculty development, and instructional technology initiatives. The role leads complex projects, establishes course design standards and review processes, advises faculty and academic leaders, supervises instructional design staff, supports regulatory and accreditation compliance, and collaborates on learning management system and educational technology strategy. A master's degree in a related field and at least three years of progressively responsible experience are required.
