Description
The Director, Instrument Field Service leads the strategy, performance, and growth of Miltenyi Biotec’s North America field service organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, MACS Services North America, the role oversees Regional Service Managers and a geographically distributed team supporting installation, maintenance, repair, and customer success. Responsibilities include developing service strategy, improving uptime and customer satisfaction, managing budgets and workforce planning, supporting commercial growth, and leading cross-functional change initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of leadership experience in field service, technical service, medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences, and offers a salary range of $202,000–$237,000 per year plus health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
