Cencora is hiring a Director, Integrated Business Testing to establish and govern enterprise testing strategy for large-scale business transformation initiatives. The role defines testing standards and governance, coordinates testing across concurrent initiatives, validates business readiness and real-world scenarios, monitors quality and risk, supports go-live decisions, and improves testing practices. It requires 10–12 years of experience leading testing, quality assurance, or readiness activities, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work in a dynamic transformation environment with extended hours and travel as needed.
