Description
Artera is hiring a Director of International Distribution to lead and expand its distributor network across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role owns distributor performance, volume and revenue growth, market expansion, partner onboarding, negotiations, regional stakeholder relationships, regulatory and reimbursement strategy, and cross-functional alignment. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 5–8+ years of relevant international sales or business development experience, distributor-management experience across Europe, the UK, and EMEA, and experience in digital pathology, oncology diagnostics, or AI oncology healthcare. The role includes approximately 30% travel and offers a competitive commission structure and equity.
