UHN is hiring a Director, International Education Programs to lead the Toronto Addis Ababa Academic Collaboration (TAAAC) at Toronto General Hospital. The role oversees 25+ education programs, faculty and learner exchanges between Toronto and Ethiopia, multimillion-dollar budgets and grants, institutional partnerships, strategic planning, MOU negotiations, compliance, risk management, and emergency support for deployed participants. It requires a relevant master’s degree, at least 10 years of experience leading international education programs, senior experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs in sub-Saharan Africa, and a strong record in strategic planning, partnership development, budget management, and fundraising. The position is permanent, full-time, pays $123,730–$165,730 per year, and closes on October 2, 2026.
