Ericsson is hiring a Director, AI-Driven Patent Analytics to establish and lead an AI-enabled patent analytics capability within its Business Area Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing. The role will define strategy and operating models, build and lead a specialist team, develop decision-support analyses for licensing, litigation, portfolio strategy, business development, and public policy, evaluate AI methods and platforms, and influence internal and external stakeholders. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Jorvas, Finland, with a target of 60% office attendance, and applications were accepted until 15 October 2026.
