Life360 is hiring a Director of IT to own IT Operations and IT Engineering across enterprise identity, endpoint management, network infrastructure, collaboration, and end-user services. The role leads strategy, technical roadmaps, service standards, hiring and team growth, security and compliance, AI-driven automation, vendor and budget management, and major incidents. It requires at least 15 years of IT experience, including 7–8 years in senior leadership, along with hands-on infrastructure expertise, security judgment, stakeholder management, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is remote-first within the United States and offers a base salary of $167,000 to $245,000 plus equity and benefits.
