Director IT Audit at Ecolab

Ecolab is hiring a Digital (Information Technology) Audit Director to lead its third-line-of-defense digital and IT risk function. The role owns the audit strategy and roadmap, executes annual audits and advisory work, manages co-source relationships, partners with Digital GRC and external auditors on SOX ITGC and control testing, sponsors data and analytics enhancements, and leads a high-performing team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years of team leadership, an active CISA or similar certification, knowledge of IIA, COBIT, and NIST, executive influence, digital technology fluency, and SOX ITGC experience. The base salary is $141,800 to $212,800, with annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
