The Engineering Director leads global engineering, integration, configuration, security, and support for software, cloud, and/or hardware solutions. The role manages integrated teams, prioritized projects, technology roadmaps, security and support operations, resource allocation, risk, and commercial strategy, while mentoring staff and collaborating with executives and business leaders. It requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, 1–3 years managing employees, a required bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and senior certifications in multiple technical domains. The position involves non-standard work or overtime, on-call availability, an office environment, and some travel.
