PeopleCert is hiring a global Director-ITIL (Presales) to provide ITIL subject-matter expertise across business development, product, marketing, and presales activities. The role involves growing ITIL product awareness, supporting sales enablement and client calls, developing content, promoting the ITIL brand, engaging with partner organizations and senior decision-makers, and participating in conferences and webinars. Candidates need at least 10 years of ITIL product experience, knowledge of related digital product and service management frameworks, extensive presales and business development experience, and advanced English proficiency.
