Description
The City of New York is recruiting one Computer Specialist (Software) IV to serve as Director of ITS Implementation Support and Technical Training. The role leads complex software implementations, enterprise technical training, online learning systems administration, technology policy development, and the delivery of more than 25 virtual courses. It also supervises training operations, instructor schedules, training requests, LMS operations, and multiple implementation-support units. The position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and requires a baccalaureate degree or equivalent education and experience in computer science or a related field, including substantial software experience and project leadership or complex-project contribution.
