Director, Labor Relations at Clean Harbors

Clean Harbors is hiring a Director, Labor Relations to oversee labor relations portfolios, manage collective bargaining and contract administration, negotiate agreements, resolve disputes, develop labor and employment policies and training, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role requires a bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, or a related field, at least 10 years of labor relations experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws and employment law, and the ability to travel more than 50%.
