BGE, Inc. is hiring a Director of Land Development to lead business development and the growth of its land development practice in Austin, Texas. The role oversees single-family, subdivision, and master-planned development projects involving paving, grading, drainage, water and sewer lines, and other civil works; manages Project Managers, Engineers, and CAD Technicians; and handles project reporting and client invoicing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, a Texas-registered Professional Engineer license, at least 15 years of civil engineering experience in residential master-planned community development, strong private land-development business development experience, and knowledge of civil modeling software.
