Description
The Director, Large Program Execution will lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-region customer programs across Vertiv’s Power, IS, Thermal, and other business units. The role orchestrates engineering releases, material readiness, factory capacity, procurement, quality, logistics, ERP configuration, field commissioning, and site turnover; manages delivery risks and recovery plans; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and reports execution performance to senior leadership and customers. The position is on-site in Westerville, Ohio, requires up to 20% travel, and reports to the Sr. Director, Large Program Execution.
