FCCI is hiring a Director of Learning & Development to develop and execute the organization’s learning strategy, partner with business leaders and subject-matter experts, lead experiential and blended learning programs, advance learning technology and AI-enabled practices, oversee onboarding and professional development, manage the L&D team, and evaluate learning effectiveness. The role reports to Human Resources and is based in the corporate office in Sarasota, Florida, with an annual salary range of $114,640 to $176,546 and medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits.
