Director, Learning & Development at Percepta

TTEC is hiring an onsite Director, Learning & Development in Cainta to coordinate, launch, and execute blended learning training programs; develop curricula; coach training managers and specialists; manage training staff and performance; monitor training attrition; and align with external clients on training needs and results. The role reports to the VP of Learning & Development and requires 10 years of training management experience, adult learning knowledge, leadership and project management skills, and familiarity with office and learning-management technologies.
