As a Director, Learning & Development at TTEC, you will lead the coordination, communication, launch, and execution of blended learning training programs. This involves conceptualizing and implementing curricula for sustainable business growth, providing coaching and support to training managers and specialists, and communicating with external clients to align on training needs and results. The role reports to the VP of Learning & Development and contributes to the global operations.
