Director, Learning Programs at Stepful

Stepful is hiring a Director of Learning Programs to define and execute its learning strategy across a growing portfolio of healthcare programs. The role owns curriculum development, instructional delivery, clinical rotation design, student outcomes, learning operations, innovation, and continuous improvement, while leading curriculum developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts. The position reports to the SVP of Learning and Operations and requires at least 10 years of experience in online or blended learning, curriculum development, academic program management, instructional design, or education operations, along with healthcare education, EdTech, or workforce development experience. The target base salary is $180,000-$210,000, with equity, subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, and other benefits.
