Disc Medicine is hiring a Director, Legal and Compliance to provide strategic legal and compliance counsel across commercial, medical, market access, R&D, product launch, regulatory, promotional, and data privacy initiatives. The role supports FDA and healthcare compliance, HIPAA and GDPR requirements, privacy risk assessments, compliance programs, and coordination with outside counsel, reporting to the VP, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer. It is a hybrid position based in Watertown, Massachusetts, with remote work flexibility, and requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active state bar membership, and 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry legal or compliance experience.
