Dolby is hiring a Director of Licensing Intelligence, Modeling & Analytics to build and operationalize an end-to-end intelligence, analytics, and modeling capability for its Patent Licensing and IP Protection strategy. The role leads market intelligence, economic and royalty modeling, scenario planning, AI-enabled decision support, data infrastructure, visualization, and cross-functional partnerships across Legal, Finance, Technology Standards, and other teams. It requires a quantitative degree, experience leading analytics or modeling functions, and proficiency with Databricks, SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools. The position is based in the San Francisco/Bay Area, requires frequent in-office presence, and offers a base salary of $212,000–$292,000 plus bonus, benefits, and possible equity.
