Description
The Director, Loan Originations (DLO) at Cinnaire Lending Corporation (CLC) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the Loan Originations team, which spans nine states in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. This position involves training and supervising Loan Officers and Assistant Loan Officers on CDFI loan structuring and risk management, fostering collaborations with internal and external loan referral sources, and developing new referral relationships to support the CDFI's growth strategy. Additionally, the DLO will engage in strategic planning, product development, and representation at industry events to enhance Cinnaire's lending initiatives.
