Description
Intuit is hiring a Director to build and lead its Local Service Delivery organization, overseeing the rollout and daily operations of physical retail hubs, flagships, and local tax offices across priority markets. The role manages field managers and expert teams, coordinates with cross-functional partners, implements AI-enabled workflows, drives customer experience and service-quality metrics, and supports workforce activation and performance management. It requires extensive operations and field leadership experience, a track record of physical service or retail network rollouts, and extensive travel across assigned markets.
