Cargomatic is hiring a Full-Time, On-Site Director, LTL & Truckload to lead transportation operations across FTL, OTR, local, and LTL freight. The role owns carrier procurement, compliance, customer implementation, pricing support for freight opportunities, and cross-functional execution with sales, dispatch, compliance, and customer service. Candidates need deep freight brokerage/transportation operations experience, carrier negotiation and compliance knowledge, TMS/load board proficiency, and strong Excel/data skills; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage plus 401(k) and PTO.
