Description

Embark is hiring a Business Transformation Director, M&A Advisory to lead M&A engagements across the deal lifecycle, including pre-deal assessment, operational due diligence, and post-close integration. The role focuses on integrating people, process, and technology, building operating models and financial analyses, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and advising clients in a consulting environment. It requires extensive M&A integration and strategic operations experience, strong FP&A and financial modeling capability, and leadership in complex, high-stakes initiatives; compensation is listed at $180,000 to $200,000, with strong benefits including unlimited PTO and 100% paid healthcare premiums.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, operational due diligence, strategic operations, or organizational transformation.
Experience building SG&A run-rate models, headcount scaling models, and current-to-pro-forma bridges.
FP&A experience across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent

Systems and technology implementation experience
Energy / infrastructure services industry background
