Ascent Developer Solutions is hiring a Director/Manager, L&D to build and lead Ascent University, develop enterprise learning and talent-development programs, manage learning delivery and vendors, support leadership and high-potential development, improve hiring practices, and measure learning ROI. The role requires 5–10+ years of L&D and talent-development experience, instructional design and LMS expertise, stakeholder management, and AI adoption skills. It is an on-site position in Encino, California, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays work-from-home, and pays $130,000–$145,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus of up to 20%.
