Description
Infleqtion is looking for a Director, Manufacturing and Program Development Operations to oversee the development, maturation, and execution of manufacturing capabilities for optical clock quantum technologies and products. The director will partner with various internal teams like Engineering, T&F leadership, Quality, and Supply Chain to transform prototypes into scalable production systems. Key responsibilities include leading advanced manufacturing operations, ensuring new product introduction and production readiness, driving manufacturing engineering and process development, monitoring operational performance, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performing manufacturing organization.
