Description
Panther Life Sciences is hiring a Director of Manufacturing Operations to build and scale manufacturing for cosmetic and medical device products from R&D through commercial production. The role leads CMO partner relationships, technology transfer, late-stage clinical and commercial production, supply chain, quality, regulatory compliance, automation, cost modeling, and financial planning, while managing suppliers and cross-functional teams. The position is ideally based in Pittsburgh with New York as an alternative, requires approximately 10%–30% travel, and offers equity, health insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and other benefits.
