Description
Panther Life Sciences is hiring a Director of Manufacturing Operations to build and scale manufacturing for cosmetic and medical device products from R&D through commercial production. The role leads CMO partner relationships, technology transfer, late-stage clinical and commercial production, supply chain, logistics, inventory, quality, regulatory compliance, automation, cost modeling, and financial planning. It requires experience scaling regulated manufacturing, working with CMOs, managing supply chain operations, and leading people, with approximately 10%–30% travel required.
