Director, Marketing Operations at bicara-therapeutics

Bicara Therapeutics is hiring a Director, Marketing Operations to build and govern marketing operations for the pre-launch and launch of its oncology lead candidate, Ficerafusp Alfa. The role oversees promotional review and MLR/PMRC processes, agency and vendor management, congress and commercial meeting planning, marketing technology, launch execution, contracts, budgets, and compliance. It is based in the Boston office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of commercial biopharma or biotechnology experience, and four or more years in marketing operations, commercial operations, or launch management.
