Director - Milk Quality and Care at Horizon Organic

Horizon Organic is hiring a full-time Director, Milk Quality & Care to lead the Milk Quality Team and manage cream suppliers while establishing and enforcing quality and food-safety standards across its organic dairy farms and supply chain. The role oversees compliance, KPI tracking, quality notifications, outbreak support, system evaluations, and continuous improvement, collaborates with procurement and milk-hauling teams, and may develop animal-welfare and milk-quality pilot projects. It reports to the Head of Quality and Food Safety, can be remote with a preference for Broomfield, Colorado, and offers a base salary of $145,000 to $170,000.
