Description
Ethyca is hiring a Director, Mission Engineering Group to lead its embedded delivery team and MEG-C continuity program. Reporting to the CEO, the role owns the full mission lifecycle from presales through 90-day deployment and ongoing customer success, including deployment managers, forward-deployed engineers, and technical account managers. The director will scale delivery systems, manage complex enterprise deployments, build handoff and KPI processes, develop executive client relationships, and hire for the team. The position is remote-friendly with a distributed team, with preference for candidates able to work at least two days per week from the midtown Manhattan office.
