Director, ML Engineering & Infrastructure at Tubi - Canada

Tubi is hiring a Director of Machine Learning Engineering and Infrastructure to lead a hybrid team in Toronto. The role owns the strategic roadmap and execution for machine learning systems, including recommendations, personalization, and ads optimization; oversees scalable ML pipelines; architects distributed systems; and partners with Product, Engineering, and Content teams. The position requires 10+ years of machine learning engineering and distributed systems experience, 3+ years of leadership experience, an MSc or Ph.D. or equivalent practical experience, and expertise with AWS, Databricks, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. The annual salary range is CAD 188,200–268,900, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
