Prosperity Life is hiring a Director, Model Development to lead actuarial modeling initiatives for financial reporting, capital management, embedded value, business planning, and enterprise transformation. The role oversees multiple modeling workstreams, modernizes actuarial platforms, improves governance and automation, supports regulatory and capital activities, and leads and develops actuarial professionals. Candidates must be FSA-certified with at least seven years of actuarial experience, including team and complex-initiative leadership, and have expertise in U.S. statutory accounting, PBR, LDTI, and life and annuity products. The position is based in the New York City area with a hybrid arrangement and remote work considered.
