Description
The Director, North America Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's North American manufacturing operations across multiple locations. The role is responsible for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, customer service, operating and capital budgets, plant leadership development, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, capital projects, and manufacturing growth. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, or a related technical discipline, at least ten years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, multi-site manufacturing leadership experience, budget management experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The ideal candidate should be located within a commutable distance to Cresco, Pennsylvania.
