Description

North is seeking a Director to lead their Direct Field Sales team, focusing on selling SaaS platforms and payment processing solutions to small businesses. The director will be responsible for guiding their team to meet revenue targets, expanding market presence, collaborating with internal teams, promoting company initiatives, and sharing insights with leadership. This role requires active involvement in recruiting, coaching, and supporting the sales team, with a focus on achieving quotas and driving impactful results.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
Required Previous Experiences: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
Completion of a drug screening
Preferred Qualifications: Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role—someone who knows how to motivate and guide a team to success.
Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus.
