Description
The Director - Network Management will drive the growth, optimization, and commercialization of Mastercard’s receiving network across Pakistan. The role focuses on expanding cross-border remittance payout capabilities, onboarding and managing banks, fintechs, wallets, and other receiving service providers, negotiating commercial agreements, improving transaction success rates and partner economics, and developing new remittance corridors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittances, card networks, or financial services, along with strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder, analytical, and strategic capabilities.
