Description
The Director of NPI Program Management leads end-to-end new product introduction execution for OCI hardware and infrastructure programs, managing a team of Operations Program Managers and coordinating globally distributed engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and product development teams. The role owns NPI planning, phase-gate governance, risk mitigation, executive communication, product lifecycle management, and post-NPI activities such as stop/ship decisions, ECO implementation, and second-source qualifications. It requires at least 12 years of experience in program management, product engineering, or NPI within complex hardware or cloud infrastructure environments, and offers a U.S. hiring range of $146,300 to $306,400 per annum.
