Description
Chromalloy is hiring a Director, NPI Strategy – ECRS Segments (New Engines) to lead new product introduction strategy for component repair across Aero, Power Generation, Military, and APU engine platforms. The role evaluates repair portfolios, develops business cases, partners with engineering, business development, customer support, and site teams, supports OEM and FAA-DER repair development, manages NPI programs, and provides strategic guidance to senior leadership. It is a US remote position in the Eastern Time Zone requiring domestic and international travel, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 10 years of aerospace or industrial gas turbine experience.
