The Director of 245D leads Accord's Employment, Day Support, and Family Support programs, supervising program managers and developing a leadership pipeline. The role oversees 245D licensing compliance, program-level fiscal oversight, budgeting, forecasting, funding relationships, data-driven performance management, service delivery quality, policy implementation, and staff development. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight years of human-services experience with people living with disabilities, five years of supervisory or leadership experience, and proficiency with GSuite, Excel, EHR systems, and analytics. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000, with healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
