Director of Admissions at Care One

CareOne is hiring a full-time Director of Admissions for its CareOne at Livingston facility in Livingston, New Jersey. The role coordinates referrals, develops relationships with referral sources, conducts facility tours, processes new-patient referrals, assigns physicians, and coordinates hospital, physician, center, and field staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, at least two years of healthcare or long-term-care experience, and two to three years of business-to-business sales experience; three or more years of long-term-care admissions experience is preferred. The salary range is $65,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
