Description
The Director will lead the Advising and Coaching team, reporting to the Vice President of Advising & Coaching, Visas, and Student Financial Services. The role manages staff caseloads, sets team goals and customer-service metrics, develops enrollment and retention initiatives, coordinates with student-families and cross-functional departments, oversees technology-platform applications, and drives process and technology change. Candidates must reside in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area, have supervisory experience, data-analysis and workflow skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of progressively increasing higher-education, visa, scholarship, or student-financial-aid experience.
