Sunbit is hiring a Director of Analytics, Merchant Ecosystem to lead analytics self-service, semantic-layer governance, AI-assisted analytics, BNPL application-funnel analytics, merchant lifecycle performance, experimentation, and a team of senior analysts. The role reports to the Head of Data, is hybrid in the Westwood office, and targets $180,000–$220,000 annually plus stock options. Candidates should have 8+ years of analytics or data-science experience, strong SQL and Python or R skills, self-service analytics experience, and experience applying LLM or agent-based analytics in business settings.
