Description

Inadev is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead and win strategic business opportunities across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its component agencies. The role involves identifying and qualifying high-value DHS opportunities, developing competitive win themes, and driving the full capture lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep mission understanding of DHS components, strong customer relationships, and proven experience winning large DHS contracts.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of federal capture or Business Development experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Background in cybersecurity, cloud modernization, analytics, AI/ML, Zero Trust, infrastructure modernization, or mission support.
Prior experience supporting DHS at technology firms or federal integrators.
Strong financial acumen, including price-to-win and competitive pricing strategies.
