The position leads the proposal team, manages business development campaigns across 13 business units, develops sales strategy and CRM processes, coordinates proposals and fee estimates, trains staff, and represents the firm with clients and partners. The role requires at least 10 years of progressive business development experience including team leadership, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, and experience winning high-value A/E/C contracts; AEC or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
