Description
Mitel is hiring a senior Director of Business Development to build, lead, and scale its multilingual European BDR organization in Sofia, with primary responsibility for the DACH region and additional coverage of the United Kingdom and Ireland, Southern Europe, and Northern Europe. The role owns the BDR budget and ROI, strategic roadmap, AI and automation adoption, executive stakeholder engagement, team development, pipeline forecasting, cross-functional Sales and Marketing alignment, and the Salesforce-centered technology and data operating model. German fluency and professional English are required, along with 10+ years of sales development experience, 5+ years leading BDR teams of 10 or more, experience building or rebuilding BDR functions, and management of $1M+ operating budgets.
