Jumpfactor is hiring a Director of Client Services to lead its Account Management team and own client retention, satisfaction, renewals, upselling, expansion revenue, and overall team performance. The role is hands-on, involving strategic client reviews, audit and coaching of Account Managers, escalation handling, KPI and performance-management processes, campaign performance oversight, and support for client adoption. It is a full-time, permanent, 100% remote position requiring digital marketing agency experience, client-facing leadership, and proven success in retention and account growth.
