Director of Clinical Pharmacology, Cambridge, MA at Isomorphic Labs

Isomorphic Labs is hiring a Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead clinical pharmacology, bioanalysis, pharmacokinetic modeling, translational pharmacology, and regulatory activities for oncology and non-oncology small-molecule programs from Phase 1 through late-stage development. The role manages global CROs, designs and executes clinical pharmacology components of trials, analyzes PK and human mass-balance data, supports dose optimization and recommended Phase 2 dose selection, authors regulatory submissions, interacts with health authorities, and applies predictive AI tools to accelerate clinical development. The position is hybrid and requires working from the office three days per week.
