Description
The Director of Clinical Services will oversee Catholic Charities’ behavioral health operations, including the outpatient clinic in Salem, Massachusetts, DCF contracts, clinical quality, staffing, intake, regulatory compliance, budgeting, community outreach, and crisis response. The role requires independent licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of post-graduate mental health and substance abuse program management experience, supervisory experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and remotely as needed.
